芥子中总芥子碱类成分的含量测定

摘　　要：采用甲醇、乙醇和水体系提取白芥子和黄芥子药材中总芥子碱类成分,以氯化胆碱做对照品,用比色法测定提取物中总芥子碱的含量。结果表明,白芥子中总芥子碱类成分的含量最高为2.75%,最低为0.52%;黄芥子中总芥子碱类成分的含量最高为1.29%,最低为0.70%。用乙醇-水体系提取得到的总芥子碱类成分含量较高,且不同产地的药材总芥子碱类成分的含量差异较大。The total sinapinoids was extracted with methanol, ethanol and water. Colorimetry method was used to determine the total sinapinoids in the article. It was showed from the results that, the maximum total sinapinoids content in the seeds of Sinapis alba. L. is 2. 75% and the minimum content is 0. 52%, and that those in the Brassica juncea are 1.29% and 0. 70% respectively. The content of total sinapinoids is higher by extraction with EtOH and it also showed great variation for different habitats.
