摘 要:用10-4,10-5,10-6,10-7,10-8,10-9,10-10mol/L的IAA诱导月季枝条生根。结果表明随IAA浓度升高,生根率及根数量先呈现上升趋势,至IAA浓度为10-8mol/L时,生根率和根数量均达到最高,生根率达到47%,根数量达到3条/枝。之后,随IAA浓度进一步升高,生根率及根数量又呈现下降趋势,至10-5mol/L时,降至对照之下。吲哚乙酸对月季枝条根发生的调控具有两重性,较低浓度促进生根,较高浓度抑制生根。IAA of various concentrations with 10 - 4, 10 - 5,10 - 6,10 - 7 , 10 - 8,10 - 9,10 - 10 and 0 mol/L were used for inducing rooting of Rosa chinese sprigs. The resuhs indicated that IAA advanced rooting of Rosa chinese sprigs within the range of concentrations from 10 - 10 to 10 -8 mol/L, and 10 -8 mol/L of IAA was the optimal concentration for Rosa chinese sprigs root inducement with rooting rate 47% and average 3 roots per sprig. Higher concentration of IAA beyond 10 -8 mol/L would inhibit the rooting of Rosa chinese sprigs. Regulation of IAA to Rosa chinese sprigs roots inducement exhibits two contrary actions that lower concentration of IAA would enhance Rosa chinese sprigs roots inducement, hut inhibit the rooting of Rosa chinese sprigs at higher concentration.
