摘 要:本文通过对邻近加热及扫描加热的理论分析,通过对输入工件功率的准确测定,确定了扫描加热时输入工件的功率密度分布;并结合无模弯管工艺条件,得出了无强制冷却条件下的管材轴向温度分布,计算与实验吻合较好。This paper precisely measured the part's input power by using the theoretical analysis of vicinity heating and scanning heating.According to these results,it specified the distribution of part's input power heated by scanning heating. Was got by testing with dieless tube bending.The axial temperature distribution of tubes under non enforced cooling conditions was got by.The computed results were identical with the test.
