摘 要:O_2/CO_2循环燃烧技术不仅便于回收烟气中CO_2,还能大幅度减少SO_2和NO_x排放。在国内第一台中试规模O_2/CO_2循环燃烧台架上,对炉膛内部不同燃烧区域和尾部烟气的NO_x排放进行研究。结果表明,本实验台架燃烧一段是NO_x排放的重点提升区,Air气氛下NO_x浓度上升了109.7%,在O_2/CO_2和O_2/RFG气氛下NO_x浓度没有明显增加,分别上升23.2%和21.6%,燃烧二段NO_x浓度基本没发生变化。尾部烟气中,与Air工况相比,O_2/CO_2循环燃烧工况下脱硝率为83.41%,另外喷钙对NO_x的脱除也有不同程度的提升。O2/CO2 circulating combustion is applied in recovery of CO2 from flue gas in combustion processes with significant decrease of the SO2 and NO.concentration in exhaust gas. Detailed experimental research on NO. emission in different combustion regions in internal furnace and at furnace outlet is made in the first domestic pilot-scale O2/CO2 circulation combustion facility. The result shows that the first combustion section of this combustion facility is very important to an increase of NO, emission. NO, concentration increases by 109.7% for Air environment and by 23.2% for O2/CO2 environment and by 21.6% for O2/RFG environment. But NO, concentration in the second combustion section doesn't show a considerable increase. Compared with Air combustion, the denitrification rate in O2/CO2 circulating combustion reaches 83.41%. Besides, limestone injection is an effective method to reduce the NO, emission in O2/CO2 circulating combustion.
