摘　　要：目的调查TORCH感染率,探讨TORCH检测的临床意义。方法用化学发光法检测临床送检标本的TORCH-IgM及CMV-IgG,比较国内不同报道的TORCH检测阳性率。结果普通育龄妇女TORCH-IgM阳性率分别为TOXO0.7%,RUB1.23%,CMV0.51%和HSV6.88%,与国内报道相近。国内报告的TORCH-IgG的检测结果,TOXO为2.04%-59.75%,RUB为0.97%-95.42%,CMV为1.89%-98.4%,HSV为0.78%-98.57%。结沦TORCH病原中IgM阳性率最高的是HSV;有必要增加对TORCH-IgG的筛查;国内实验室检测TORCH的质量有待提高。Objective： To investigate the infectious rate of TORCH and discuss the clinical signeficance of TORCH antibody teal Methods ： Test the clinical serum sample for TORCH - IgM and CMV - IgG by using ehemiluminesent immunoassay. The results of dif- ferent sources were analized and discussed. Rusults： The IgM positive rate of TOXO, RUB, CMV and HSV were 0. 7%, 1.23%, 0. 51 and 6. 88% respectively in bearing - age women in our hospital, which was similar to that of other domesticall reports. But the TORCH- IgG results showed much discrepencies among inland reports, with TOXO of 2.04% -59. 75%, RUB of 0.97% - 95.42%, CMV of 1.89% -98.4%, and HSV of 0. 78% -98.57%. Conclusion： HSV infectious rate is the highest among the four TORCH pathogens. It is necessory to do more TORCH - IgG screening tests in pregnancy women. The quality of TORCH checking tests in domestical labs should be improved to a higher level.
