摘 要:目的应用地理信息系统(GIS)研究高水碘在菏泽地区布-加综合征发病机制中的作用。方法以2003年山东省菏泽地区各乡镇的水碘中位数为依据,以菏泽地区数字地图为背景,应用Arc GIS 9.2软件,建立菏泽地区水碘空间分布图,将1995~2003年收集的菏泽地区301例布-加综合征(B-CS)患者地理位置定标于空间分布图中,并对菏泽地区水碘分布在B-CS发病过程中的作用进行分析。结果山东菏泽地区158个乡镇水碘数据呈负偏态分布,有133个乡镇(84.18%)的水碘中位数在150μg/L以上,为高碘乡镇,没有乡镇水碘中位数<10μg/L,该地区存在水源性高碘聚集现象,301例患者中191(63.46%)例男性,110(36.54%)例女性,年龄呈近似正态分布,平均年龄(40.14±12.92)岁,269(89.37%)例患者所在乡镇分布在水碘值>150μg/L的地区,32例患者所在乡镇位于10~150μg/L范围。结论应用地理信息系统可以更好的发现,布-加综合征发病与高水碘存在相关性。Objective To use the Geographical Information System (GIS) to explore the action of high iodine content of water in the pathogenesis of Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods Digital maps of Heze area were used for the background, with the support of Arc GIS 9.2, to establish the spatial distribution of water iodine in the Heze area based on the median iodine of various township of Heze, Shandong Province, in 2003. 301 cases of Budd-Chiari Syndrome (B-CS) collected in 1995-2003 were pointed in the spatial distribution map and analyzed for the role of water iodine in the pathogenesis of B-CS in the Heze area. Results The water iodine in 158 towns of the Heze area, Shandong province showed a negatively skewed distribution. 133 towns (84.18%) were high iodine areas with the median of water iodine are higher than 150ug/L and there were towns with water iodine lower than 10 ug / L. The distribution of the high water-iodine area was aggregated in the map. 301 cases of patients were comprised of 191 cases of males (63.46%) and 110 cases of females (36.54%). Age distribution was similar to the normal distribution as 40.144-12.92. Our results indicated that 269 of patients (89.37%) lived in the areas with water iodine more than 150 ug/L and 32 patients lived in the areas with water iodine between 10 ug / L and 150ug / L. Collusion The application of GIS provides a powerful method in the investigation of the relationship between B-CS and high water iodine.
