摘 要:在多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板上的有序纳米孔中电化学沉积过渡金属Co作为催化剂,通过催化化学气相沉积法在650℃下制备出有序、均匀的定向碳纳米棒阵列膜;采用扫描电镜(SEM)及高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)等方法分析定向碳纳米棒阵列膜的微观结构;并利用球-盘摩擦磨损实验仪讨论真空环境中(1×10-1Pa)阵列膜的摩擦磨损性能,其中AAO模板上定向碳纳米棒阵列膜样品作为盘,对偶件为直径3 mm的钢球。实验结果表明:在真空环境中,AAO模板上定向碳纳米棒阵列膜具有良好的摩擦磨损性能,并且其摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而降低,随速度的增加而先降低后增大,在滑动速度为0.2 m/s时摩擦系数最小。The array film of aligned carbon nanorods was prepared by catalytic chemical vapor deposition on an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template at 650℃. The morphology and microstructure of array film of aligned car- bon nanorods were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). The friction and wear properties of array film of aligned carbon nanorods on the AAO template in vacuum ( 1 × 10^ -1 Pa) were investigated using a ball - on - disk wear tester with array film specimen serving as the disk. The ball specimens with 3 mm in diameter were fabricated from a quenched - and - tempered steel. The array film of aligned carbon nanorods presented good friction stability and good wear resistance in vacuum. The friction coefficient first decreased with sliding velocity then increased with increase in sliding velocity, and was the minimum at 0.2 m/s.
