摘　　要：根据风力发电机塔筒的使用环境、防腐涂层设计要求及施工要求研制了用于风力发电机塔筒的防腐蚀涂料,涂层系统由环氧富锌底漆、厚浆环氧中间漆、脂肪族聚氨酯面漆组成,文章讨论了基料、助剂等对涂层性能及外观的影响,以及施工中遇到的问题和解决方法。The anticorrosion coating used for wind generator tower was development based on its usage surrounding. The coating system was consisted of epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy intermediate paint, aliphatic polyurethane top finish. The influences of based coating, additives on the coating property and outward appearance, the matters in construction and resolve method were discussed.
