摘  要:目的:研究比较单用及丹红复方静脉给药后羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)在大鼠体内的药动学变化。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定大鼠血浆中HSYA的浓度,给药后的血药浓度-时间数据用DAS2.0药动学软件进行处理,对主要药物动力学参数采用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果:单剂量单用及复方静脉给药后,HSYA在大鼠体内的药物动力学过程均符合开放二房室模型;复方给药后HSYA的分布减慢、总体消除率有所延长,其它药动学参数变化不大。结论:HSYA单方和复方静脉给药后在大鼠体内的药动学过程基本一致。OBJECTIVE To compare the pharmacokinetics of HSYA used alone or in compound Danhong preparations after intravenous injection in rats. METHODS The blood concentration of HSYA at a series of time points were assayed by RPHPLC after administration. The drug-time data was estimated by DAS2. 0 pharmacokinetic software. Then use SPSS software for statistical analysis of the main pharmacokinetic parameters. RESULTS The plasma concentration-time of HSYA used alone or in compound Danhong preparations after single dose intravenous injection in rats, fitted two-compartment model. Compared to that HSYA used alone,the distribution of HSYA slowed down and the total clearance reduced in compound Danhong prepa ration. The other pharmacokinetic parameters did not change apparently. CONCLUSION The pharmacokinetics of HSYA used alone or in compound and Danhong preparations after intravenous injection in rats are considered to be the same basically.
