摘 要:介绍了养护尺法评估水泥浆体塑性开裂所用的仪器和试验方法,同时采用养护尺法研究了加入不同外加剂和不同条件下水泥浆体塑性开裂情况。发现在热风条件下超吸水剂促进了水分蒸发和裂缝出现的时间,而减缩剂也未能阻止终凝时的开裂;当试样周围的温度和风速增大时,水分蒸发量、表面温度和裂缝数目及最大宽度增加,第一次开裂的时间缩短。The instruments and testing method of evaluating the plastic shrinkage of cement paste with the curing meter are introduced. The plastic shrinkage of cement paste with different additives at the different conditions are discussed. When cement paste was directly exposed to wind with a high temperature, superabsorbent polymer promoted the amount of water evaporated and the time of initial cracking and shrinkage reducing agent didn' t prevent cement paste from cracking at the time of final set. When environmental temperature and wind speed increased, the amount of water evaporated, the temperature of cement paste's surface, the numbers and widths of the cracks were raised. At the same time, the time of initial cracking was shortened.
