摘 要:基于C型弹簧管结构,实现了光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压力传感器的测量。用管内过剩压力使弹性管的表面产生的应力对FBG反射波长进行调谐。得到了FBG反射波长变化对应于压力的线性关系。在0~4MPa的压力范围内。FBG反射波长随压力的变化呈线性变化,且压力的传感灵敏度达到0.0955nm/MPa,给出了进一步改善传感器压力传感特性和热稳定性的方法。Based on the structure of the C-type Bourdon Tube, a optical Bragg fiber grating pressure has been presented. The tuning of the FBG reflected wave length is carried out by using the excess pressure in the C-type Bourdon tube for making the surface of the said tube produce stress. The linear rdationship of FBG reflected wavelength variation against the pressure has been obtained. In a prexsure range of 0--4 MPa, the relationship between FBG reflected wave length and pressure is a linear characteristic, with the sensitivity of the pressure reaching 0. 0955 nm/MPa, Finally the methods how to improve the static pressure sensing characteristic and heat stability are presented.
