空间螺旋式复合强化换热元件及其性能分析

摘  要:提出一种新型空间锥形螺旋换热管束,通过螺旋曲率变化以及截面椭圆率变化形成强烈的管内二次流,与管外流体诱导的管束轴向伸缩振动相结合,实现复合强化传热。利用CFD软件对螺旋结构管内流动以及管外弹性特性的数值模拟显示,在低雷诺数下(管内:流速小于0.2 m/s,管外:流速小于0.05 m/s),空间螺旋管束的管内二次流对换热强化显著,管内流阻较小,同时管外流体诱导易形成持续的低频振动,实现复合传热强化。A new dimensional taper helical tube is developed, which enhance heat transfer via the combination of inside secondary flow and outside flow-induced vibration of the tube. The inside secondary flow is induced by the variety of helical curvature and sectional ellipticity. By using the CFD software, the flow fluid and vibration characteristic of the tube is simulated. In lower Reynolds number (flow speed is less than 0.2 m/s inside the tube while flow speed is less than 0.05 m/s outside the tube), the secondary flow inside the helical tube enhances heat transfer greatly; meanwhile the flow drag is not increased seriously. The flow-induced vibration of the tube is persistent and is apt to hold in a low frequency, thus the composite heat enhancement is reached.
