摘  要:岩盐造腔过程中产生的碎屑颗粒沉积到盐腔底部,导致盐腔有效造腔体积减小,为了保证溶腔速度和盐腔尺寸,不得不将注水管柱上移,影响了盐穴造腔计划和进度,且常规的注水溶腔时间长,耗费淡水和能源较多。鉴于此,开展了多夹层岩盐自振空化射流造腔方法研究。利用自振空化射流技术和阻尼式旋转控制技术设计研制了自振空化射流造腔工具,主要通过冲蚀破碎、超声波促溶、旋流滤洗和强化循环等方式来满足促溶、夹层破碎和碎屑冲洗要求。根据欧拉双流体模型和RNGκ-ε模型,采用滑移网格技术对旋转射流在腔内的运动轨迹和流体的旋流强度进行了数值模拟研究。现场造腔试验结果表明,自振空化射流造腔技术可大幅度提高日产盐量,在造腔初期可提高造腔速度1倍以上。In the process of halite cavity construction,the particles produced deposit onto the bottom of the salt cavity,resulting in the reduction of the active volume of the cavity. To ensure the speed of cavity dissolution and cavity dimensions,the water injection pipe string has to be moved up. As a result,the plan and progress for constructing the cavity in the rock hole will be disturbed,the normal injection time for dissolving the cavity will be longer and more fresh water and resources will be wasted. Considering this problem,the technology of multi-interbedded halite cavity construction by self-excited vibration cavitation jet has been investigated. Adopting the technology of the self-excited vibration cavitation jet and the technology of damping rotating control,the tool for cavity construction by self-excited vibration cavitation jet is designed. The requirements of dissolution promotion,interbedded breaking and clast washing are satisfied chiefly by erosion-crush,ultrasonic dissolution promotion,swirl filtration and washing,and reinforced circulation. According to the Eulerian two-fluid model and the RNG κ-ε model,a numerical simulation study is conducted of the trajectory of the rotary jet in the cavity and the swirl strength of the fluid by means of gliding grid technology. The results hold that the technology of cavity construction by self-excited vibration cavitation jet can improve the daily output of salt remarkably and can improve the speed of cavity construction by over one time in the initial stage of cavity construction
