摘 要:针对易出砂油藏注水井在停注、卸压、洗井时地层返吐出砂严重,无法有效分注的问题,研制了FSQ-115单流防砂器。该单流防砂器主要由接头、油管短节串、套管密闭挡砂机构等组成,可将出砂层段跨隔封堵,使注入水只能单向进入地层,不能从地层返吐,从而防止出砂埋管柱、堵塞洗井通道及井下工具,改善了防砂分注效果。该防砂器已在双河油田、魏岗油田、赵凹油田等顺利实施10井次,工艺一次成功率达到100%,收到了较好的防砂效果,能满足河南油田分层防砂、分层注水工艺要求。In light of the problem of the serious sand production in the water injection wells in potential sand producing oil reservoirs during water injection intermittence and well washing,the FSQ-115 uniflow sand controller was developed. The controller mainly consists of subs,tubing nipple-strings and casing sealed sand retention mechanism. It can straddle and plug the sand producing layers so as to make the injection water flow only into the formation in one way and it cannot flow back from the formation. In this way,it can prevent the pipestring from being buried by produced sand,blocking the well-washing channel and wellbore tools and thus improve the effect of sand retention and injection. The controller has been applied smoothly ten well-times in Shuanghe Oilfield,Weigang Oilfield and Zhao'ao Oilfield. The success rate of the technique reaches 100% one time. The effect of sand retention is desirable. The controller can satisfy the technical requirements of separate-zone sand retention and water injection in Henan Oilfield.
