摘　　要：《石油化工企业设计防火规范》的修订针对人及设备的耐受极限加强了对人员安全的保护;调整了石化企业与周边设施的间距要求;针对生产规模的扩大调整了对消防通道及消防设施的要求;强调了受污染的消防用水的收集与排放;补充了工艺防火的预防措施;协调相关规范,调整及增加了相应内容;适当引入性能化设计理念,强调基本原则与功能要求,建议推广风险分析和评估。The modify of Fire Prevention Code for Petrochemical Enterprise Design enhanced the protection of human according to the tenability limit of human and equipment. The distance between petrochemical enterprise to buildings nearby was adjusted. The requirement of fire protection establishment and fire way were adjusted according to the enhancement of manufacture. The collection and disposal of polluted fire water were required. The fire prevention pre-measures of technics were added. Some content was added and modified considered other Code. The performance-based fire protection design was used since the basic principles and requirement of function were emphasized. Risk analysis and evaluation were suggested.
