基于ALGOR计算的叶栅碰撞试验台带冠叶片动力特性研究

摘  要:以自带冠叶栅碰撞实验台带冠叶片为研究对象,利用三维设计软件Solidworks和有限元分析软件ALGOR分别建立了自带冠单叶片、成组叶片和整圈叶片-叶轮的三维实体模型及有限元模型,通过有限元仿真计算,研究了带冠单叶片的动力特性,并比较了离心力和冠间间隙对成组叶片和整圈叶片-叶轮动力特性的影响。结果表明,离心力对一阶切向弯曲振动频率影响很大,冠间间隙较小时的叶片组模态出现了不同振型间的组合,带冠叶片的碰撞振动具有典型的非线性特性。Taking the shrouded blades of integral shroud cascade impact test-bed as the research object, the 3D solid models and finite element models of single blade, grouped blades and integral shrouded blade-disc are respectively established by the 3D design software SolidWorks and the finite element software ALGOR. By means of finite element stimulation, the dynamic characteristics of shrouded single blade are researched, and the effects of centrifugal and primary clearance in tips on grouped blades and blade-disc are compared. The results show that centrifugal has great influence on first-order bending resonant frequency, and the grouped blades' mode for smaller clearance in tips presents combination of different vibration mode. Meanwhile, impact-vibration of integral shroud blades with clearance structural have the typical nonlinear characteristics.
