摘  要:根据试验用30Cr2MoV汽轮机转子钢化学成分和材料性能等特点,尝试了用硝酸和醋酸的混合液作为蚀刻液对老化汽轮机转子钢进行化学腐蚀实验。得到腐蚀晶界沟槽宽度与韧脆转变温度(FATT_(50))的关系,并讨论了影响FATT_(50)的其它影响因子。用MINITAB软件对影响FATT_(50)的所用参数进行多元线性全回归分析,建立了FATT_(50)的预测模型。用预测模型计算各钢样的FATT_(50)所得FATT_(50)的预测值与测量值之间的误差范围在±15℃之内,预测精度较高。In this study,based on the chemical composition of 30Cr2MoV steamer rotor steel,it is put forward that use the admixture of nitric acid and acetic acid to corrode the steamer rotor steel. The text gained the relationship between width of etch groove on the grain boundary and FATT50, and discussed other parameters. Then the predict model of FATT50 was established by making multiple linear regression analysis on all relevant parameters by using MINITAB. Used this model to calculate the FATT50 of all steel samples,the result show that the errors between prediction value and measure value is in the range of ± 15℃.
