摘  要:40Cr2MoV是一种高强度的调质钢,多用于承受冲击疲劳载荷的受力构件。在汽轮机和电站锅炉制造业曾用于制造接头和主轴,然而,近年来用该材料制造的主轴曾多次发生失效断裂,个别轴的运转寿命仅有数十小时,严重威胁产品的生产和使用。曾对几支失效轴进行了失效分析,发现氢脆延迟破坏是泵轴断裂的主要原因,同时也发现泵轴的断裂与轴的强度偏低和热处理工艺不当有一定的关系。着重研究了40Cr2MoV钢的缺口拉伸、缺口弯曲疲劳和光滑样弯曲疲劳性能以及热处理工艺与其性能和微观组织的关系。测试结果表明,这些数据不仅有益于搞清泵轴失效的原因,对于40Cr2MoV钢的正确使用也是有益的。The alloy 40Cr2MoV is a kind of quenched and tempered steel with high strength and was served mostly as components enduring impact fatigue load. It was used for fabricating principal shaft and joints in manufacturing of steam turbine and station boiler. However, the failure fracture of principal shaft made by 40Cr2MoV happened for many times, and running life of several shafts was only some decades of hours in the past years, which endanger producing and using of products seriously. We made failure analysis for several failure shafts and found that the main reason for fracture of pump shaft is the hydrogen induced delay crack and the fracture of pump shaft is correlated with low strength of shaft and improper heat treatment. We emphatically studied on the relationship between the performance of notch tension, notched and faired bending fatigue, heat treatment technology and performance and microstructure of 40Cr2MoV steel. Test results indicate the data is not only helpful for checking out the reasons of pump shaft failure, but also good for using of 40Cr2MoV steel correctly.
