摘  要:往复式空压机是各类生产企业中通用的动力设备,应用于冶金、矿山、船舶、机械制造等行业部门,尤其是在船舶上的应用更加广泛,其故障诊断通常使用振动法,但由于其机械结构复杂、运动部件多、工作时振动激励源较多,有时利用振动信号确定故障部位较难。介绍了利用振动、油液分析技术综合诊断空压机故障,并通过一实例具体分析了一空压机的故障诊断方法。Reciprocating air compressor is an important drive equipment which is widely used in factories, such as metallurgy, mine, mechanical manufacture, and especially in ships. In ship fault diagnosis, the vibration analyzing is usually used to find the faults, but sometimes, it is difficult to locate where fault happening because of the complicated configuration of the equipment and the stirred of many parts by vibrating. This paper takes an example to introduce the fault diagnosis of the reciprocating air compressor by vibration and oil monitoring.
