摘 要:由于永磁电机固有的结构特点,存在齿槽转矩,影响电机的低速性能和高精度定位。系统阐述了永磁电机齿槽转矩的研究现状,分析了齿槽转矩的产生机理和分析计算方法,归纳总结了齿槽转矩抑制方法,深入分析了各种方法的优缺点和适用场合,最后展望了永磁电机齿槽转矩的研究重点、难点以及研究方向。Because of the remarkable advantages, such as simple configuration, good reliability, small volume, high efficiency, as well as the flexible and various shapes and sizes, the PM motors become more and more useful in national defense, industry and agriculture, and daily life. But, owing to the inherent structural characteristics of PM motors, the cogging torque exists and has great effect on the lowspeed performance and high precision positioning of PM motors. In this paper, the research status of the cogging torque was described, and the mechanism of production and analytical calculation methods of cogging torque were analyzed. Then, the cogging torque reducing methods, including the advantages and disadvantages, application situation of each method, were summarized. Finally, research focus, difficulty, and research direction about cogging torque were discussed.
