摘  要:延续蒸养技术就是将原蒸养工艺中模具室内的恒温阶段分解成了"模内恒温"和"模外延续恒温"两个阶段,是一种工艺技术创新。重庆轻轨三号线工程采用跨座式单轨交通设计,其PC轨道梁既是承重梁,也是直接作为车辆运行轨道,梁体表面质量直接影响其耐久性。本文系统地阐述了在冬季生产中采用延续蒸养工艺控制PC轨道梁的强度和表面质量过程。The technology of continuous steam curing was a new technology, which constant temperature stage in mold room of traditional steam curing process was broken down into "constant temperature within mold" and "constant temperature outside mold". Straddle-type monorail transit design was adopted in Chongqing light rail Line 3, whose PC track beam was bearing beam and also was vehicle orbit, so surface quality of PC rail beam directly affect its durability. This paper made a systematic exposition of the process which strength and surface quality were control by continuous steam curing in winter.
