摘 要:介绍了偏三甲苯装置改造前工艺流程、设备、产品质量、产品收率及运行情况,并运用化工过程模拟软件Aspen Plus,讨论了通过技术改造降低装置能耗的可行性。通过运用热集成精馏工艺、增加真空泵和换热器、塔盘换填料等措施,优化生产流程和操作参数,进行技术改造,生产实践表明,改造后装置运行平稳,能有效地降低装置的能量消耗,并提高了偏三甲苯产品的质量和收率,对同类装置设计有借鉴作用。The process flow, equipment, product quality, yield and running conditions of the pseudocumene plant before technical revamping were introduced, and the feasibility of reducing the energy consumption of the plant by revamping the technology with the process simulation software Aspen Plus was also discussed. For the technical revamping, the production processes and operating parameters were improved by using the heat-integrated distillation, increasing vacuum pumps and heat exchangers, changing packings and so on. All the production practices show that the plant revamped is running stably. It can reduce the energy consumption efficiently and increase the quality and yield of products. The results are helpful to the engineering design of similar plants.
