摘　　要：为了适应不断增长的产品市场，减少制造过程的不良产品流转，快速准确查找问题产生环节，及时识别在线产品质量状况，并能够有效地追溯，提高装配效率等需求，对产品装配过程中生产组织和质量控制环节的在线管理模式作了重点的分析和介绍。In order to comply with the continuously increased products market,reduces the poor product turning during manufacture process,speed and accuracy find out the problem ocurrs,on time identify the quality status of on line products,improve the assembly efficiency,mainly analyses and introduces the on line management mode of production organization and quality control during products assembly process.
