浙江省城市居民体育公共服务满意度的调查分析

摘　　要：通过对浙江省11个地级市体育公共服务城市居民满意度的调查研究,认为:体育组织服务因子的贡献率最大,对体育公共服务居民满意度的影响最大;不同年龄与文化程度居民对体育公共服务总体满意度有差异,均呈现中间高两头低的形态;随着年龄的增长与文化程度的提高,居民对体育公共服务的总体满意程度呈下降趋势。因此,应注重提高体育组织服务质量,实现体育公共服务均等化,尽快地完善浙江省体育公共服务体系。Through the investigation into the satisfaction of the urban residents towards sports public service in the 11 prefecture -level cities in Zhejiang, this paper proposes that the factor of the sports organization service contributes the most to the residents＇ satisfaction and has the greatest impact on it. The degree of the general satisfaction of residents towards the ＇sports public service varies with different age and educational level, representing a pattern featured with high midst and low ends; while the age and education level increases, the residents＇ overall satisfaction declines. It is important to improve the quality of sports public services, achieve its equalization and perfect the public service system in Zhejiang Province as soon as possible.
