2型糖尿病伴脂肪肝相关因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨2型糖尿病伴脂肪肝与血脂、血糖、体重指数、腰围、血压的关系。[方法]2型糖尿病伴有脂肪肝者100例,2型糖尿病非脂肪肝者127例作为对照组;比较两组的BMI、腰围、血糖、血脂、血压等指标。[结果]糖尿病伴脂肪肝组,腰围、甘油三酯、BMI明显高于非脂肪肝组,高密度脂蛋白低于非脂肪肝组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。[结论]2型糖尿病伴脂肪肝与血脂代谢紊乱、BMI、腰围有关,与空腹血糖、血压无关。[Objective] To study the relationship of blood lipid,blood glucose,body mass index,waist circumference and blood pressure with type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver.[Methods] 100 patients with fatty liver and type 2 diabetes were recruited as cases,and 127 type 2 diabetes patients without fattly liver were recruited as controls.BMI,WC,FBG,blood fat and blood pressure in the two groups were compared.[Results] WC,TG and BMI in case group were significantly higher than those of control group.HDL-C in group of type 2 diabetes and fatty liver was significantly lower than that in control group（P﹤0.001）.[Conclusion] Fatty liver in type 2 diabetes patients is related to dyslipidemia,BMI and WC.
