摘　　要：[目的]了解青海卫生职业技术学院医学检验专业学生实习前生物安全防护知识的认知,为制定适合当前高职医学检验学生的生物安全防护干预策略和方案提供依据。[方法]对青海卫生职业技术学院医学检验专业三年制学生84人开展自答式问卷调查。[结果]大学生生物安全防护知识了解甚少,对应采取的主要防护措施认知率低,81.53%的学生没有接受过生物安全防护教育,不清楚检验科应采取几级生物安全防护和生物安全柜的使用范围,这可能与目前我国医科类高职教育的教育理念落后有关。[结论]应大力加强医学生的生物安全防护知识教育,提高医学生群体的整体生物安全防护水平。[Objective] To investigation on the knowledge of biosafety protection before special internship among medical laboratory students in Qinghai Higher Vocational College,so as to provide basis to formulating intervention strategy and plan for biosafety protection among medical laboratory students.[Methods] 84 medical laboratory students of 3 years study in Qinghai Higher Vocational College were investigated by self-answering questionnaire.[Results] University students were lack of knowl-edge about biosafety protection and protective measures,and 81.53 % of the students did not accept biosafety protection educa-tion,and did not clear the which biosafety should be taken and the range of Biohazard Safety Equipment in medical laboratory department,which might be association with the lagging education.[Conclusion] We should enhance education for biosafety protection among medical students,and enhance the total biosafety protection among medical students.
