上海市医疗机构使用后一次性输液袋(瓶)处置状况与对策

摘　　要：[目的]规范医疗机构使用后一次性输液袋(瓶)的分类处置,杜绝对环境污染和疾病传播的风险。[方法]采用问卷调查、专家座谈、咨询的方法对本市二级以上医疗机构使用后一次性输液袋(瓶)的处置状况进行分析。[结果]所调查的医疗机构均能严格对使用后一次性输液袋(瓶)进行分类处置,但对不属于医疗废物的部分,各机构存在管理不统一,处置单位混杂,去向用途不明的问题。[结论]对不属于医疗废物的使用后一次性输液袋(瓶)部分,加强从其使用结束、分类、收集、存放、处置等环节管理,实行定点回收利用管理,确保最终去向不危害人体健康。[Objective] To standard classified handling of used disposable infusion bag（bottle）and cease environment pollution and risk of disease spreading.[Methods] By questionnaire survey,the expert discusses,the consultation method,the handling condition of used disposable infusion bag（bottle）in Secondary-Level or Above Medical institutions of Shanghai were analyzed.[Results] All the investigated Medical e institutions can handle used disposable infusion bag（bottle）by clas-sified methods strictly.But for the part which not belonged to the medical waste,the problems were existed.But the management was not unified,the handling unit was promiscuous and whereabouts was unclear.[Conclusion] We should enhance the link management for the part not belongs to the medical waste from ending of classification,collection,access and disposition,and implement the fixed-point recycling use management to guarantee that the final whereabouts do no harm to the people＇s health.
