乳腺癌患者并发抑郁与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌化疗患者社会支持与抑郁发生的相关性,以使乳腺癌患者获得广泛的社会支持,减轻抑郁的情绪的发生。方法:以问卷调查的方法,采用自评抑郁量表SDS和社会支持评定量表ISSI对100例乳腺癌术后患者进行调查评估。结果:乳腺癌患者的抑郁发生与总体社会支持、主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用程度呈显著的负相关。结论:社会支持可以减轻乳腺癌患者抑郁情绪的发生,促进患者的康复,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To discuss breast cancer chemotherapy patient society support and occurs despondently the relevance, causes breast cancer patient to earn the widespread sociaI support, reduces the despondent mood the occurrence. Methods： By facilitates sampling the method, used from comments despondent meter SDS and the society supports evaluation meter ISSI to carry on the investigation appraisal to 100 example breast cancer chemotherapy patient. Results： Finally Breast cancer patient occured despondently with the overall society supports, the subjective support, the objective support, to assume the remarkable inverse correlation to the support degree of utilization. Conclusion：The society supports may reduce the breast cancer patient despondent mood the occurrence, promotes patient＇s recovery, improves patient＇s survival quality.
