摘 要:目的了解某化工企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,以保护从业人员的身体健康。方法对该化工企业职业病危害作业现场进行调查、采样检测及分析。结果噪声、粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氨、硫化氢、尿素是该厂主要的职业病危害因素。检测发现噪声、粉尘、尿素和氨均有不同程度的超标,超标率分别为55.0%、50.0%、28.6%和42.9%。结论该化工企业职业病危害因素某些指标偏高,应着重改善作业环境,提高防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。Objective To understand the occupational hazardous factors existi chemical industry enterprise and protect the health of workers. Methods The ng in production process in a field survey was conducted on occupational hazard in the factory by sample collecting and analysis. Results The main occupational hazardous factors in the factory included noise, dust, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, u- rea. The detection indicated that the indicators of noise, dust, urea and ammonia exceeded the standard limit with the rates of 55.0%, 50~ 0%, 28.6% and 42. 9% respectively. Conclusion The indicators of some occupational hazardous factors were high in this factory. It is necessary to improve the working environment, increase the protection degree and control the density and intensity of occupational hazardous factors to prevent occupational disease.
