心率变异性对心力衰竭病人预后的预测

摘　　要：目的:观察心力衰竭病人心率变异性(HRV)与其预后的关系。方法:用MEIGAOYI心电监护软件筛选出心率变异性(HRV)的标准差(SDNN)(50 ms组;标准差(SDNN)(50 ms组,对每个观察对象定期观察,随访,以3年为观察总终点,据结果进行分析,总结。结果:SDNN(50 ms组住院率,死亡率明显高于SDNN(50 ms组P(0.05有统计学意义。结论:心率变异性小的心衰病人住院率,死亡率明显高于心率变异性大的病人,呈线性关系,且有一定的独立意义,故心率变异性对心衰病人预后有一定的预测作用。Objective：To observe the relation of the heart rate variability（HRV） in heart failure patients and the prognosis.Methods：there are divided into two groups with MEIGAOYI cardiogram ward software ： standard deviation 〈50ms about HRV;standard deviation＆gt;50msabout HRV.Every observational object was observed by period.three years was the observational end point.Analysising the result and summarizing.Results：the inpatients rate and death rate in SDNN〈50ms groups was evidently higher than SDNN〉50ms groups. There are statistical signification （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.Conclusions： the inpatients rate and death rate in small HRV of heart failure patients are evidently higher than big HRV. Both HRV are the relation of linearity, but are absolute signification. So HRV is the forecast effect to the prognosis of heart failure patients.
