摘　　要：介绍了高压法三聚氰胺装置的主要设备——三聚氰胺刺刀管式反应器的基本结构与工作原理,分析了刺刀管式反应器管束损坏的原因,并通过一定的技术改造,彻底解决了刺刀管式反应器管束损坏的问题,保证了刺刀管式反应器和三聚氰胺装置长周期稳定运行。Basic structure and work principle of melamine bayonet tube type reactor which were the main equipment for melamine plant by high pressure method was introduced.Causes for tubes damage of melamine bayonet tube type reactor were analyzed.By performing the technical reformation,tubes damage problem was thoroughly resolved,therefore ensuring the stable and long-period operation of melamine bayonet tube type reactor and melamine plant.
