辽宁省玉米自交系选育目标的探讨

摘　　要：论述了辽宁省玉米育种目标的确立,包括高抗倒折、抗多种病害、稳产性好、适应性广、优质专用、生产技术简易、生产成本低、种子商品性好、适宜农机收获等多种指标。在育种工作中要加强基础材料的研究工作,对自交系的配合力要早代测定、严格筛选,采用先进的育种技术等手段,培育抗逆性强的优良玉米自交系。The object confirmation of maize breeding in Liaoning was discussed. The main breeding targets were high resistant to lodging, resistant to a variety of diseases, steady yield, wide＇ adaptability, fine quality and special usage, simple production technology, lower production costs, good seed commercial, applicable for agricultural machinery harvesting and so on. In the breeding work, the basis materials researching should be strengthened. In order to breed elite maize inbred lines and meet the demands of seeds production, the techniques as synthesis new germplasm artificially, test the combining abilities of the inbred lines in early age, select strictly and use the advanced breeding techniques and so on had been used.
