摘 要:高支链淀粉玉米是受突变型基因wx控制的特异淀粉类型,表现型为蜡质,支链淀粉含量高。在利用高支链淀粉玉米自由授粉品种进行群体改良而获得的高配合力群体的基础上,构建了当代高支链淀粉玉米单交种第1个杂种优势模式T5×H2。通过对热带地区高支链淀粉玉米地方品种Ratchetal的早熟性改良而获得T2高配合力群体,证实T5杂种优势群与T2品种改良群体具有较高的群体间杂种优势,T5×T2可应用于杂种优势育种。361×T2和354×T2可独立应用于杂种优势育种;361和354可作为T5杂种优势群的亚群应用于杂种优势育种。High amylopectin maize as the specific type of starch is repressed by mutant gene wx, the phenotype is wax. Based on using high amylopectin open-pollinated varieties of population improvement to obtain high combining ability groups, through improving the early-maturing Ratchetal of local rarities in the tropical regions to obtain high combining ability groups of T2, construct T5 × H2 as the first hybrid heterosis model of contemporary high amylopectin maize. Confirmed that T5 heterotic groups and T2 improving groups have higher heterosis between the groups, T5 × T2 could be used in heterosis breeding, 361 × T2 and 354 × T2 could be applied to heterosis breeding independently, 361 and 354 could be used in heterosis breeding as the sub-groups of hybrid T5 heterotic group.
