摘 要:国家玉米区试品种一致性和真实性检测工作组织实施6年来,检测品种数量不断增加,检测作物类型、组别不断扩大,检测内容逐步丰富,检测难度不断加大,协作单位数量和规模不断扩大,推进了检测标准化和规范化。至2008年底,累计检测国家及各省区试玉米组合4 094个,真实性或一致性有问题的组合212例。DNA指纹测试技术在品种管理中的广泛应用,提升了国家和省级农作物品种管理工作的水平。By the organization of the national service center on agricultural technique popularization, the uniformity and authenity of maize varieties in national regional test had been identified since 2002. During the six years, the quantities, type, range of identified varieties were increased, the intensity, the standardization, the abundance and the difficulty and the scale of the test were raised gradually. To the end of 2008, 4 094 varieties were identified, of which 212 were questionable. The application of DNA fingerprint technology raised the level of variety management. Finally, some advices to strengthen the management of variety market were brougnt forward.
