仁医导向的医疗服务价格管理机制研究

摘　　要：根据对仁医行为的认识,如果采用经济方式引导医生选择合理的医疗服务项目,需要将医疗服务项目分为医学准则确定诊疗项目和可自由选择组合诊疗项目。医院收入的经济空间主要由医学准则确定的诊疗项目构成,而可自由选择组合的诊疗项目则需要用经济手段进行抑制。通过按照这两种性质进行医疗服务项目的分类,由此确定各项目的不同价格制定原则,并确定价格结构的调节机制。The items of medical service will be classified into the items determined by medical standard and the items of free-selected by doctors. The economy space of hospital consists of the items determined by medical standard mainly. But the items of self-selected by doctors should be retrained in economy. Therefore, the price control principal can be determined and the price structure can be determined through classifying medical service into the two items.
