摘　　要：从偏振光的性质、产生及基本特性出发,详细介绍基于偏振光的位移传感器设计过程,总结此类传感器中温度及辅助器件对传感器测量误差的影响,提出这些问题的解决措施。This article introduced the design of displacement sensor which based on polarized light, proceeding from the fundamental characteristics of polarized light. Summed up the effects of sensor measurement errors＇ main factors, temperature and auxiliary devices, in the design of such sensor devices. And proposes measures to resolve these issues.
