摘　　要：探讨界定科技期刊出版产业链的概念,阐述科技期刊出版产业链整合的作用,分析困扰我国科技期刊出版产业发展的主要原因,从而提出我国科技期刊出版产业链整合的原则和资源整合的基本思路。Based on defining the concept of periodical publishing industry chain and illustrating the role of integrating science and technology periodical publishing industry chain,the problems and causes which restrained the development of China s scientific and technological periodical publishing industry were analyzed.The principles and basic strategies for resource integration of China s scientific and technological periodical publishing industry chain were suggested in this paper.
