摘　　要：为保障审稿专家顺利地、高质量地完成审稿任务,学术期刊应向审稿专家提供论文相关信息、期刊信息及责任编辑信息等辅助信息,提出了提供这些信息的途径和时机;论述了学术期刊向专家提供审稿辅助信息对其发展的积极影响。In order to ensure the manuscript-reviewers accomplish review tasks successfully and commendably,the academic journals should provide help information about manuscripts,journals and editors to manuscript-reviewers.And several methods and opportunities are given out to provide help information.Finally,it is discussed the positive effects for academic journals by the action providing help information to manuscript-reviewers.
