摘　　要：对出版后内部审读涉及的编辑部内部编辑之间,编辑部与专家之间,编辑部与作者、读者之间的3种关系进行简要分析,并提出了正确处理这3种关系应遵循的原则。The paper briefly analyzes three relations about editors-editors,editorial offices-reviewers,editorial offices-authors and readers.The relations refer to the reading and evaluation after publication.Simultaneously,the paper puts forward some principles to properly handle the relations.
