龙胆泻肝软胶囊治疗4种皮肤病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察龙胆泻肝软胶囊对带状疱疹、湿疹、湿疣、瘙痒症4种常见皮肤病的临床疗效。方法188例门诊病人,单剂方应用龙胆泻肝软胶囊,7 d复诊作阶段疗效检测,1个疗程(2周)结束后总评。结果总有效率带状疱疹最高(97.92%),余依次为:瘙痒症(91.30%),湿疹(89.36%),湿疣(85.11%)。结论龙胆泻肝胶囊治疗上述皮肤病方便安全、疗效可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of longdanxiegan soft capsules in the treatment of four common skin diseases（herpes roster, eczema, eondyloma, and pruritus）. Methods A total of 188 outpatients with herpes zoster, or eczema or condyloma, or pruritus were treated with longdanxiegan soft capsules alone, then evaluated after 7 days and 14 days for the efficacy, respectively. Results The total effective rates were 97.92 % （herpes zoster）, being the highest, 91.30 % （pruritus）, 89.36% （eczema）, and 85.11% （eondyloma）, respectivdy. Conclusions Longdanxiegan soft capsules are effective and safe in the treatment of four common skin diseases （herpes roster, eczema, condyloma, and pruritus）.
