静脉滴注血必净对老年冠状动脉搭桥术后TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的通过研究静脉滴注血必净对老年冠状动脉搭桥术后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6的影响,探讨血必净对老年冠状动脉搭桥术患者是否有益。方法将体外循环(CPB)下行冠状动脉搭桥术后的心脏病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组于手术后当日及术后第1天予生理盐水100 ml中加入血必净注射液100 ml静滴。分别于术后1 h、术后24 h、术后48 h测定TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6。结果与对照组相比,治疗组应用血必净后的TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6均明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论血必净注射液对老年冠状动脉搭桥术后患者有益,可以有效降低患者的炎症反应,降低全身炎症反应综合征的严重程度。Objective To stuty the effects of Xuebijing on elderly patients after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） with cardiopulmonary bypass （CPB）. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into routine medical treatment group （control group ）and medicine treatment combined with Xuebijing group （Xuebijing group ）. In control group, patients were treated with antibiotics ,mechanical ventilation. In Xuebijing group, patients received intravenous injection of 100 ml Xuebijing per day. Then the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, and IL-6 were measured at 1 h,24 h,48 h after CABG. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-1, and IL-6 were significantly decreased in Xuebijing group compared with control group （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Xuebijing might have beneficial effects on the patients after CABG with CPB through inhibiting the inflammation and reducing the severity of SIRS.
