摘　　要：为了保证中药材桑的优质、稳定、可控、无公害和无污染,依据《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)开展药用桑的规范化种植技术研究,初步确定了药用桑生产所需的生态环境条件,以及对栽植地选择、桑品种选择、苗木繁育、栽培与田间管理、采收与加工、包装与运输等的技术要求,可用于指导药用桑的GAP基地建设。In order to ensure a superior and stable quality and a traceable and environment-friendly operation in mulberry（Morus L.） cultivation for medicinal uses,studies on the standardization of mulberry cultivation technology was conducted based on the Good Agricultural Practice（GAP） for Chinese Crude Drugs.As a result,the ecological and environmental conditions for growing medicinal mulberry had been defined and the corresponding technical requirements have been set up to determine soil and mulberry variety and for nursery stock propagation,cultivation,field management,harvesting and processing,and packing and transporting,all of which could be used to guide the establishment of a GAP base for medicinal mulberry cultivation.
