家蚕新品种粤蚕8号(越·春5×航诱7·研7)的育成

摘　　要：采用杂交育种方法,选育并组配了一对适合华南蚕区饲养的抗逆性强、耐高温多湿、丰产性能好的家蚕四元杂交种,定名为粤蚕8号。新品种具有优良的实用经济性状:4龄起蚕结茧率99.26%,虫蛹统一生命率97.81%,与对照品种两广二号相仿;全茧量1.656 g,茧层量0.362 g,茧层率21.90%,万蚕收茧量16.511 kg、公斤桑产茧量53.37 g,分别比对照品种提高4.81%、8.38%、3.89%、3.57%和4.24%;一粒茧丝长1 007 m,解舒丝长761.5 m,解舒率75.76%,洁净93.06分,清洁99.38分,分别比对照品种提高8.6%、28.24%、17.99%、1.84%和0.38%;50 kg茧制种量149.8张,比对照品种提高3.52%。新品种在农村生产试养性状稳定,张种产茧量41.70kg,张种产值620.59元,分别比对照品种提高10.70%和11.52%。Using the method of cross breeding,a four way hybrid variety named Yuecan 8 was obtained.This variety is suitable for rearing under the climatic condition in South China.It has high stress resistance,good endurance to high temperature and humidity,and ensures good harvest.The new variety has excellent practical economic characters.The cocooning rate of newly molted silkworm in the 4th instar was 99.26%,larva-pupa survival rate was 97.81%,which are at the same level with the control variety Liangguangerhao.Its cocoon weight was 1.656 g,cocoon shell weight was 0.362 g,cocoon shell rate was 21.90%,cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae was 16.511 kg,cocoon yield per 1 kg mulberry was 53.37 g,which was 4.81%,8.38%,3.89%,3.57% and 4.24% higher than those of the control variety,respectively.Its single cocoon filament length was 1 007 m,length of non-broken cocoon filament was 761.5 m,reelability was 75.76%,neatness was 93.06 points,cleanness was 99.38 points,which was 8.6%,28.24%,17.99%,1.84% and 0.38% higher than the control,respectively.Amount of eggs produced per 50 kg cocoons was 149.8 cases,which was 3.52% higher than the control.Characters of the new variety were stable in experimental rearing in countryside.The cocoon yield and output value was 41.70 kg and 620.59 yuan per case of eggs respectively,being 10.70% and 11.52% higher than the control.
