摘　　要：壳聚糖具有良好的止血功能,可制成粉末、液体、纤维、凝胶及多孔材料用于各种类型的伤口止血,还可与一种或几种其它高分子材料复合,或是通过化学修饰制备衍生物增强其止血性能,促进伤口愈合。介绍了国内外有关壳聚糖应用于医疗伤口止血材料方面的最新研究成果及家蚕蛹壳壳聚糖的提取与应用前景。Chitosan is an attractive biomaterial because of its hemostatic property.It can be processed into powder,liquid,fiber,gelatin and highly porous material for hemostasia of different kinds of wound.It can also be linked to one or more other high molecular materials to form polymers or be chemically modified to enhance its hemostatic property and facilitate wound healing.This article described the latest research progress on chitosan as medical materials for wound hemostasia at home and abroad.Besides,the perspectives of extraction and application of chitosan from silkworm puparia were discussed.
