摘　　要：电力市场交易信息发布能够优化整个电力市场运营并提高交易效率,进一步推进电力市场的公开透明运营和有序健康发展。文中分析了电力市场交易信息发布的工作方式、业务流程、内容框架,阐明了信息发布在电力市场交易中的基础作用,提出了多渠道、多层次、多方位的信息发布体系,研究了信息发布与市场交易的交互影响;提出了基于流程优化的信息发布运作模式;并以华北电网公司信息发布业务作为范例,阐述了实际开展的具体情况。The publication of power market transaction information could optimize the operation of whole power market, and improve transaction efficiency, so as to improve its open ＆ transparent operation, and sound development. This paper analyzed the work mode, work flow, content, and expounded the basic role of information publication in power market transaction. It proposed a multi-channel, multi-level and multi-direction information publication system, and analyzed the interactive influence between information publication and market transaction;based on process optimization it put forward an operating mode of information publication. Taken the information publication of NCGC as an example, it expounded the concrete conditions during its practical development.
