摘　　要：分析了同步数字体系(synchronous digital hierarchy,SDH)光传输网对网络管理安全性、可靠性的需求,从技术角度提出了构建电力通信SDH网络管理双机实时冗余数据安全机制及离线操作的解决方案,对SDH网络管理的安全保障应用进行探讨,避免因电力通信网故障而引起电网事故。The managerial demand of synchronous digital hierarchy（SDH）optical transmission network on the security and reliability of network management is analyzed. The solution to the security mechanism and off-line operation for doubleservered real-time redundant data of SDH network management in power communication is presented technically. The safety assurance and application of SDH network management are explored to prevent the malfunction of power communication network from causing power grid accident.
