摘  要:根据油气田含硫废水来源、组成、危害、处理方法及处理过程中存在的问题,提出化学混凝、超声波复合处理工艺技术。通过试验研究,得到混凝处理优化工艺条件:HNJFZ混凝剂用量3500mg/L,FASG絮凝剂用量15mg/L,pH值为8~9,处理后上清液水色清,絮体沉降速度快,COD去除率83.7%,S2-去除率84.1%;超声波深度处理优化工艺条件:超声波频率为110kHz,声强为20W/cm2,作用时间50min,体系pH值为3~5,COD去除率为80.2%,S2-去除率为94.7%,处理后水样COD值为268.7mg/L,S2-=1.1mg/L。结果表明,采用复合工艺技术对于提高油气田含硫废水处理效果显著。According to the sources of oil and gas sulfur-containing wastewater,composition,hazards,treatment and processing problems,make chemical coagulation,ultrasonic eompound treatment technology.Through experimental research,to be optimized coagulation process conditions:HNJFZ coagulant,dosage of 3500mg/L,FASG coagulant,dosage15mg/L,pH value=8~9,the treated supernatiant water color-ching,floc settling velocity Fast,CODcr removal rate of 83.7%,S2-removal rate of 54.1%;ultrasonic advanced treatment process optimization condition;ultrasonic frequeacy of 110kHz,sound intensity for the 20W/cm2,the role of time of 50min,system pH=3~5,CODcr to In addition to rate of 80.2%,S2-removal rate of 94.7%,the treated waer samples CODcr=268.7mg/L,S2-=1.1mg/L.The results show that composite technology for improving oil and gas fit-Ids sulfur waste water treatment results are ohvious.
