摘  要:依据玻璃均匀性与力学性能之间的关系,针对在瓶罐玻璃生产过程中经常出现力学性能变差的情况,通过对环切检测技术的工作原理、测试装置、测试步骤和使用技巧的论述,并结合生产实践,阐述了玻璃条纹产生的基本原因,得出了玻璃条纹是玻璃均匀性的重要影响因素。根据瓶罐玻璃破损情况与玻璃条纹和应力之间的关系,证明了环切检测技术是玻璃内在质量控制的重要手段。In the consideration of deterioration of mechanical properties of glass containers which usually occurs in the production process a ring - cutting determination technique for monitoring glass quality has been developed based on the relationship between homogeneity and mechanical properties of glass. The working principle of the ring - cutting technique, testing equipment, testing procedures and the skill of this technique were discussed. The dominant mechanism of glass striae was expounded by combination with production practice. It was concluded that the ring -cutting technique was the important method for glass quality control due to the fact that the breakage of glass containers was highly dependent upon the striae and stress in glass.
