摘 要:以单耗分析理论为基础,由热力学第二定律考虑热力系统在线监测加热器(火用)分析中存在的流动阻力损耗问题,应用回热系统(火用)损矩阵计算某电厂300 MW机组回热系统各加热器在有无流动阻力损耗情况下的(火用)损率和(火用)损系数,从而得出流动阻力损耗对加热器(火用)经济指标的影响程度。完善了(火用)分析法,提高了热力系统在线监测经济性分析的准确性。The second law of therrnodynamics was used to take the problem of flow resistance loss existed in the analysis method of exergy in thermodynamic system on - line monitor into consideration on the basis of consumption analysis. It calculates the exergy loss ratio and the exergy loss coefficient of the regenerative systems of a 300 MW unit with the flow resistance loss or not, based on the generalized exergy loss distribution matrix equation. Then the influenced level of exergy economic index arms with the flow resistance loss was obtained. At last, it consummates the analysis method of exergy and enhances the accuracy of the thermodynamic system on - line monitor.
