不同育秧方式下水稻秧苗内源激素特征及其与植株发根力的关系  被引量:7

摘  要:以杂交稻组合冈优22、Ⅱ优162和K优047为材料,设置湿润育秧、旱育秧和塑盘水育3种育秧方式,分别测定了秧苗根系和发根节内源激素特性,分析了内源激素与秧苗发根力的相关关系。结果表明,旱育秧的发根力强于湿润育秧和塑盘水育秧;冈优22在3种育秧方式下的发根能力均最强,Ⅱ优162在旱育秧方式下发根力强于K优047,但在湿润育秧和塑盘育秧方式下弱于K优047;旱育秧根系和发根节的ABA含量低于湿润育秧和塑盘水育秧,GA含量则最高;根系ABA含量与总根长呈显著负相关,GA含量与总根长、根重和根数呈显著或极显著正相关。The hybrid rice combinations Gangyou 22, Ⅱ you 162 and Kyou 047 were used, and three seedling raising methods, include seedlings raising on wet land bed, on dry land bed and on plastic tray over wet land bed, were carried out. The rooting ability of seedlings and endogenous hormones contents were measured and the relationship between rooting ability and endogenou hormone contents were analyzed. The results showed that, rooting ability of seedlings from dry land bed was stronger than that on wet bed and on plastic tray. Rooting ability of Gangyou 22 was stronger than that of Kyou 047 and IIyou 162 under three seedling raising methods. Seedlings from dry land bed, the rooting ability of IIyou 162 was stronger than that of Kyou 047, but it was weaker than that of Kyou 047 seedling from dry bed and plastic tray. ABA content of roots and rooting joint for seedlings from dry bed was lower and GA content was higher than that of seedlings from wet bed and plastic tray. The ABA content of root was significant negative correlated with total roots length, and GA content of roots was significantly or highly significantly correlated with total length, weight and amount of roots positively.
